This website aims to deliver the most current evidence regarding the terminology, definitions, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of groin pain in athletes.

You will read how to examine an athlete presenting with groin pain, how to manage them and  also how to identify risk factors in athletes that can lead to them to developing groin pain and then recommend strategies to prevent these types of injuries occurring.

A large section of this website will focus on the biomechanics of sprinting from a track & field perspective, to ensure an athlete is running efficiently, and not putting themselves in disadvantageous positions during gait.
